1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using tfiexperience.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that could harm, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

3. Services and Trial Classes
The Flow Institute offers trial classes at no cost to first-time visitors. Booking a trial class does not obligate you to purchase a membership. Membership agreements, if entered into, are governed by separate membership terms provided at the time of enrollment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. No Contracts
TFI memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. There are no long-term contracts required to participate in our programs. Your membership is always your choice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of SCJV Worldwide, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Physical Activity Assumption of Risk
Participation in any physical activity, including trial classes and ongoing training at TFI locations, involves inherent risks. By booking a trial class or participating in any TFI program, you acknowledge and assume these risks. You represent that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and agree to inform your coach of any health conditions that may affect your participation.
